It’s important that you have a Selling System, and that you consistently follow your system so that you can get all of the measurements and information you need to start a project. Whether or not you use the system that we share in Chapter 3, or modify it to meet your own needs, a good system is worth the time it takes to create.

From before you have even made contact with the customer to the last handshake after a completed job, we cover talking points, suggestions on how to approach a sticky situation, and more.
