POLICIES

All custom shade sail orders must:

Complete & Sign the Order Form before the order is considered PLACED.

***Both order forms can be seen above. 

 

Per our policy we ask for a 50% Deposit upon ordering and the remaining balance plus shipping costs upon shipment.

Packages will not be released until final payment has been received.

All packages are shipped via FedEx where tracking will be provided via email.

 

LEAD TIME

With Wholesale Shade offers 2 options for deliverystandard & expedited.

Our standard lead time for custom products is 10 business days.

For an expedited service you are able to receive an order with a 4 day lead time but comes at a 15% premium cost.

RETURNS

Returns may be offered on most newunmounted items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. However, return shipping costs will be purchasers responsibility.  In the of a return due to a result of our error, we will handle the costs for return shipping.

Examples received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

**Custom shade products are non-refundable no matter the circumstance unless authorized by Wholesale Shade.

Expect to receive a refund within two weeks from the date the item was shipped back to our facilities, however, in many cases the refund will be released quickler. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

SHIPPING

Products are shipped via FedEx ground with signature required to ensure a safe arrival.

All online orders are shipped with a signature required unless otherwise noted.

In removing the signature requirement per customers request the customer agrees to assume all responsibility IF the package is lost or stolen packages. Note some products are restricted, and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When placing an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and shipping options choosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
